About this site
About LUME
LUME provides tobacco delivery across Lisbon. Browse the catalogue and contact us only through WhatsApp, at +351 961 363 310.
How it works
- The current catalogue lists regular cigarettes from selected brands sold on the Portuguese market.
- The service is available every day from 7pm to 5am.
- Any order enquiry is handled in a WhatsApp conversation, where details and availability are confirmed directly.
- There is no live stock system and no automated dispatch: everything runs through a manual WhatsApp exchange.
What this site does not do
No sales to minors
Age is confirmed on entry to the site, and tobacco is never presented as suitable for anyone under 18.
No online payment
The site does not collect card details or process payments; any transaction is arranged directly, outside the site.
No accounts
There is no sign-up, login or stored order history. Each conversation stands on its own.
Responsible use
Tobacco is a legal product for adults in Portugal, and this site is not intended for anyone under 18. It does not target young people, and it makes no claims about delivery speed, popularity or customer volume that it can't stand behind.
