- Yes, across the city of Lisbon. Ten areas have their own page with access notes: Baixa, Chiado, Alfama, Príncipe Real, Estrela, Campo de Ourique, Avenidas Novas, Alvalade, Belém and Parque das Nações. For an address outside these, ask on WhatsApp before ordering.
- How long does delivery take?
- Usually 20 to 30 minutes. That is a typical range, not a guarantee. Areas with stairs and alleys such as Alfama, or further out such as Parque das Nações, can take longer. The real time is confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation.

- Yes, as long as the hotel allows deliveries to guests. LUME has no hotel partnerships. The delivery goes to you, normally at reception or at the hotel entrance. Send the hotel name, your name and your room number with the order.
- Can you deliver to an apartment or Airbnb?
- Yes, including short-stay flats, Airbnb listings and hostels. In buildings without a reception, send the floor, the name on the doorbell and a nearby landmark. In Alfama and Chiado that saves several minutes.
- What can I order?

- How do I place an order?

- What if the brand I want is not listed?
