Privacy policy
This site collects almost nothing on its own: no accounts, no payment details and no stored order history.
Age confirmation
Your answer to the 18+ prompt is stored only in your browser, so you're not asked again on every visit. It isn't sent to any server and we have no access to it.
If you contact us, the conversation happens inside the WhatsApp app, which is operated by Meta and subject to Meta's own privacy policy. Whatever you choose to send there — such as your number or address — is only what you share directly in that conversation.
Enquiries you send from this site
When you tap the send button on the quick enquiry form, the name, address, optional floor and optional landmark you typed, plus the items you selected, are saved in our own database before WhatsApp opens. They are used only to handle your enquiry.
Session identifier and campaign attribution
A random identifier is created for your browsing session and kept in your browser until you close the tab. Alongside it we store the first page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) in the address you arrived with. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
Analytics events
We record four events — starting the form, submitting it, a submission error, and opening WhatsApp — with the page, language, session identifier, campaign tags and the button that was used. If Google Analytics is enabled, it receives this context only. Your name, address, floor, landmark and message are never sent to Google Analytics.
What the site does not collect
The site does not use accounts, does not ask for email or date of birth, and does not collect or process any payment details.
Security, retention and your rights
Enquiry records are stored in a private database that cannot be read, changed or deleted from the browser: only our server can write to it. You can clear your browser's stored age confirmation at any time through your browser settings, and you can ask us on WhatsApp to delete an enquiry you sent.
